Borgaon Urban co-op Credit Society Ltd., Borgaon (Multi-State) was incorporated on 4th May 1994 in the name of Borgaon Urban Co-op Credit Society Ltd., Borgaon, with it’s registered office in Chikodi Taluka, karnataka, India under the Leadership of Founder Chairman Shri Tatyasaheb R. Patil. And was converted into Multi-State on 21st June 2023 under the Multi-State Act 2002, 2023 in the name of Borgaon Urban Co-op Credit Society Ltd., Borgaon (Multi-State).
In 1994, Mr. Tatyaso Patil founded the Borgaon Urban co-op Credit Society Ltd., Borgaon (Multi-State) in Borgaon village. Through his hard work and vision, he elevated the institution to significant heights. He has been instrumental in steering towards sustainable growth, fostering innovation and building strategies.

Early Career: Mr. Patil began his professional journey at the "Nava Maharashtra" cotton textile mill, where he served with great dedication in a high-ranking position.
Abhay Milk Producers Association: After gaining experience in the industrial sector, Mr. Patil collaborated with relatives to establish and successfully lead the "Abhay Milk Producers Association."
Banking & Finance: In 1994, Mr. Patil founded the Borgaon Urban Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Borgaon in Borgaon village. Through his hard work and vision, he elevated the institution to significant heights. He has been instrumental in steering towards sustainable growth, fostering innovation and building strategies.

Maharashtra under MSCS Act.
Financial Strength of the Society: It holds deposits exceeding ₹267 Crores
and has disbursed loans worth over ₹205 Crores in 2025-26
Employment: The institution provides stable employment to more than 190
individuals and insurance upto 2 lakhs for the employees.
Vision: To improve the economy of the rural areas and strengthened the
economic position of the society members.
Shri TatyasoRajagouda Patil has implemented several visionary welfare programs
for the community:
Educational Support: Launched a scholarship program for the children of
the society’s members.
Family Security: Established a financial aid system providing ₹35,000 to
₹75,000 to the families of deceased members.
Public Utilities: To assist the local public, the society provides essential
services including PAN card processing, E-stamping, SMS Banking and
Locker Facilities
Beyond his professional achievements, he remains deeply rooted in his village as an excellent agriculturist. He balances his busy life with spiritual discipline, notably observingsilence (Vipassana) every year, reflecting his strong religious and ethical values.
